Cancellation and Return
We offer a 30-day window for you to cancel and return your order from the day you received it. To initiate the process, please send us a photo of the item and explain the issue or defect encountered within the said window period. If there are any defects with the product, rest assured that we're here to provide a full refund of the returned products.
Return and Refund Process
To qualify for a refund or swap, the product must be unused, with all packaging intact, and in a saleable condition.
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we'll send you an email to confirm receipt. We'll also notify you whether your refund has been approved or declined. If approved, the refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a specific number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
Refunds may take up to 14 days to process through your credit card or bank. If you haven't received a refund yet, first double-check your bank account. Then, consider contacting your credit card company, as there might be a delay in posting the refund. Additionally, get in touch with your bank as some processing time is usually required before a refund reflects.
Exchanges
Exchanges are possible only for items that are defective or damaged.
Shipping
When returning an item, you'll be responsible for covering the shipping costs. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund amount.
